Pay only for the statutory over-the-counter Titles Office lodging fee, and we'll take care of the rest and report back to you with your dealing number via email. That's a genuine ongoing saving giving you and your client a great value-added benefit.
  • Discounted Professional Service Fees.
    Enjoy a 10% discount on our usual manual services professional fees. Another genuine reward. So, what's the catch?


There's four simple things you need to do to reap these rewards, and they're very fair and reasonable:

  • Use our online portal for your online searching needs and settlement bookings.

  • Use us for your manual agency requirements.
    You must use us for your manual services needs wherever possible.
  • Keep your monthly account in order.
    You must pay your account on time. We offer very generous terms and accept cheque, bank account credit, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash.
  • Abide by our "Fair Use" philosophy.
    By fair use, we expect that you will use our services in good faith as outlined above in preference over other agents or service providers, and will not abuse the programme. Read some examples.

We understand that there may be circumstances where you require the services of another agent, and infrequent or otherwise necessary use of another agent will not affect your rewards entitlements.

Regular or selective use of another agent or service provider is outside the spirit of the programme and will invalidate your rewards entitlements and our normal pricing schedule will apply at our discretion.

You must not abuse the spirit of the programme by, for example, conducting only one title search a month, but sending in 20 settlement notices expecting free lodging.

What constitutes such abuse of the programme will be determined at our discretion and if we determine that you are not abiding by our Fair Use philosophy, we will notify you of cancellation of your rewards entitlements and your account will revert to our normal pricing schedule.
